The following workout will be one of the first 3 workouts which everyone is guaranteed to compete in. We wanted to release this barbell workout as this should help clarify which division some of you should enter if you were nervous about the weights. Take note that even if you cannot perform a movement with the specified weight in that division, you will still get a score for the reps you were able to complete at that weight so no scaling is necessary.
6 minute AMRAP:
With a continuously running clock complete the following:
2 minutes of max reps power clean
2 minutes of max reps shoulder to overhead
2 minutes of max reps overhead squat
Open weights: 135/95
Intermediate weights: 95/65
Novice weights: 75/45
