For total reps, utilizing 1, 2 or all 3 movements in any order/rep scheme in the remaining time, complete the following for 1 point each:
AMRAP Burpees for 2 points each
Following the athlete's buy-in, they must choose whether they are going to do ALL BURPEES or any combination of the HR push-ups, sit-ups and air squats. Once an athlete begins their reps, they CANNOT switch course. In other words, once you begin burpees you cannot switch back to sit-ups, air squats or the HR push-ups, and vice versa. The buy-in (30 total reps) will not count towards your score. An athlete, assuming they do not elect to do the burpees, can do all sit-ups, or all air squats or all HR push-ups, or any combination of the 3.
