Dear Mr. Layne,
Wanted to say a quick thank you. The 2018 USPA Drug-Tested Nationals were awesome! Without a doubt, that was the most fun I’ve ever had competing. Thank you, not only to yourself, but to your lovely wife, all the judges, spotters, loaders, and various volunteers that allowed me to have such an incredible experience. Thank you again. God bless.
Thanks for an awesome experience this weekend...you all did an outstanding job as usual!!
Thank you for the score sheet. Another great meet in the books. I watched the live stream on Saturday there was a lot of space, great set up, spotting, etc. Also saw a lot of coverage on Instagram from the lifters who had a great time. Thank you to you and your staff for always going above and beyond.
Thank you for dedicating your time and effort to this sport. Your efforts have allowed me to make a dream of mine come true, and on top of that you helped me find a room and a ride (Spencer - Kids got a great heart). Above and beyond! This sport would not be where its at with out people like you. Thank you and everyone that was gave there time that day.
Also, I never got the card of John ( I believe his name was- that helped me in my suit) If you have his email or contact info I would like to send him a thank you as well.

I just want to let you know what a wonderful time I had. The meet was well run, the atmosphere positive and a wonderful group of people. I was surprised to see how encouraging everyone was of each lifter. I shoot competitive archery and I thought my competitors were positive and encouraging, but the group of lifters out cheered and had more positive comments than I have ever had while shooting.
I look forward to competing again!
Thanks for all you do to promote powerlifting.
Thanks Johnny. This was my first ever meet and I had a blast! Can't wait for the next one!
Thank you for putting on a great meet. Very well done. It was nice to meet you as well. I really enjoyed the venue. We had a good time and look forward to lifting in the next event (Knoxville). If you ever find yourself in Franklin TN. Feel free to stop by my gym. Thanks again.

Guys directing meets is very tough and a lot of responsibility. Johnny post meet results faster than anyone in the country. Most directors don't even have the meet site tore down by this time.
I can't believe the meet it's self is already over! You guys moved fast!
Impressed with the time of completion. It actually took me by surprise how fast it was going when I was warming up on squats lol. Flawless meet Johnny, always a pleasure to step on your platform.
Awesome meet today. Thanks for always having the best meets around. Great lifting around the platform. Thanks again for all the hard work.
Thanks Johnny Layne for a AWESOME meet! Appreciate all your hard work.
Amazing meet as always Johnny Layne. Nobody runs a better meet than you. Always an honor to compete at your meets.
With all the commotion Saturday I didn't get a chance to thank you. We had a great time. You and your wife ran a tight ship. Well done!
I want to say thanks for putting on such an awsome meet Saturday.. It was the best first experience I could have had. I cannot wait to get to compete again!! I appreciate it!
Thanks for putting on such a great meet yesterday!
It was a great event. My wife and I are coming to the coal field war games.
Thanks for putting on a great meet for us. Gabe enjoyed it. We also did as a family. Good pace of getting the lifters through their flights. Lot of good people down there. Nice job!!
Just want to let you know that the Mid Atlantic Classic in Frederick,Md was the best run meet I have seen in a long time. Well organized with the lifters in mind. Johnny Layne and his staff did a great job and I heard all positive comments!! Am looking forward to the next meet in Maryland.
I have been around powerlifting for going on 20 years now. I have seen its highs and lows. I have recently lost a lot of faith in meets because either too much equipment or too relaxed on the judging or even just tired of going to a meet with 10 lifters. You sir have figured out whatever it takes to put on good meets and I will be back to as many of your meets as I can make. You have restored my faith in the sport. I will be signing up for your Fairmont meet in the coming days and hope to bring others with me.
Just want to take the time to congratulate you on what appears to be another great success story in a new generation of Powerlifters : The USPA Mid-Atlantic Championship (yesterday). Thanks to your hard work, energy, and enthusiasm, Powerlifters in Maryland have another program to grow in the sport.
